Movewithvincenza.com is a hub for all things wellness and lifestyle related. My mission is to enjoy a very happy and healthy life doing the things I love, while trying to help others make positive changes to their lives too.

As an ex-equestrian now fitness trainer and yoga enthusiast I've always had a curiosity for movement. I have a strong desire to learn new movement techniques and schools of thought in order to adopt my own movement style. From equestrian > Pilates> Body Building> Yoga> Cross-fit> Boxing>Olympic Lifting> Kettlebells> Mobility, there isn’t a form of fitness I won’t try! The exploration of each modality has given me a new outlook on movement and mentality.

I want to be able to share those learnings with you right here, in-person or virtually.

  • I've been to a few of Vincenza’s classes now and can honestly say they are great. I am a total beginner and Vincenza is very safety conscious as she guides us towards surpassing our limits (which I feel every good workout should do). The participants are all at different levels, no one is judgy, but the best thing about Vincenza’s classes have to do with how I feel after. I feel completely amazing and that feeling lasts for days.
